TreeKeeperBag.com is proud to offer you a 90-day money back guarantee return policy.  We want you to love your products from Treekeeperbag.com. If you would like to return anything you purchased for a refund of the cost of the product(s), please return the product(s) within 90 days of the original purchase date. After 90 days, no refund will be given. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return your item(s), please re-pack in the original packaging (if possible) and follow these simple steps:

Please call or e-mail us to get a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) before you ship your item.

 

Please include a copy of your invoice inside the box with your RMA number.

 

Send your return to us via the carrier of your choice, but please use a service that issues a tracking number.

If you have lost or misplaced your invoice or packing slip, please include a note with your package that includes your name, address, order number, the item you received, RMA number, and return information or exchange information. Be sure to include the name and address of the person that sent you the item if it was a gift.

• Please note that all credit card order returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase. (Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement)
• Please ensure that all items returned are in new condition and in original packaging.
• Price Adjustments: we will honor price adjustments within 7 days of the original purchase date. After 7 days, no adjustment will be issued.
