We gladly accept returns for all new products with no time limit or deadline. Returned products must be like NEW, and not dirty, personalized, embroidered, or damaged. If your item is like new, send it back whenever you choose!

Please note:
  • Opening a box to verify contents, size, and/or fit does not disallow a return. Products showing signs of use
  •  (particularly odors) are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable.
  • The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all warranty cards, original box(es), original packaging, and manuals/instructions.
  •  Please be careful when opening and trying your item(s) so that you can get a refund should the item not be what you imagined. It's kind of like buying a new pair of shoes - give your new pair of sneakers a good test on carpet, but once you take them on the trail, they're yours to keep!
  • All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility unless you purchased Return Shipping Insurance.
  • The original shipping charges or express shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless you purchased Return Shipping Insurance or the item is not what you ordered, defective, or damaged due to shipping.

To return your item(s), please re-pack in the original packaging (if possible) and follow these simple steps:

kindly email us at and request an RMA#. If applicable, we will assist you in enacting your Return Shipping Insurance. If you did not purchase Return Shipping Insurance, we will help answer any questions you may have about your return.
Please include a copy of your invoice inside the box with your RMA number.
Send your return to us via the carrier of your choice, but please use a service that issues a tracking number. If enacting Return Shipping Insurance, you will drop the package off at a FedEx location.

If you have lost or misplaced your invoice or packing slip, please include a note with your package that includes your name, address, order number, the item you received, RMA number, and return information or exchange information. Be sure to include the name and address of the person that sent you the item if it was a gift.
  • Please note that all credit card order returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase. (Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement)
  • Please ensure that all items returned are in new condition and in original packaging.
  • will ship in-stock items the business day if your order is placed before 3pm eastern time. Standard ground deliveries take 1-5 business days after the day your order ships.
  • FedEx Home Delivery will deliver on Saturdays, 2Day & Next Day do not.
  • Next Day Air shipments will be delivered the next business day after the day your order ships. Second Day Air shipments will be delivered two business days after the day your order ships. Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Shipments are not in transit and are not delivered on weekends.
  • Certain zip codes require extra transit time when shipping, even when shipping Next Day and Second Day Air. Usually, this adds one extra day.
  • We honor the shipping schedules for our delivery provider and do not ship on holidays. Check the home page around holidays for the days we are shipping orders.
  • Orders for Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes are not available for expedited service.
